Keeper League Poll

I set it so that you can change your vote.

Generic Keeper settings would be this:

* No keepers until beginning of 2011 season (so the 2010 draft would be the start, with noone having keepers for 2010)
* Keep 0-3 players from previous year's DRAFT (each manager decides how many to keep)
* You can only keep players you DRAFT (no waivers mid season)
* You can only keep players that were on your roster all year
* Keepers decrease in value one Draft round per year. (Sidney Rice drafted in the 11th round costs the manager a 10th round to keep him the following year)
* Declare keepers a week before the '11 draft
* Noone can keep a first round draft pick from the previous year (all top 10 studs are re-drafted)
* Traded players maintain their draft position values
* Previous year's finish rank locks in your draft position EVERY round. Winner drafts last every round, and Loser drafts first every round <-- all keepers do this
* Some keeper leagues include the option to trade draft picks to balance trades the following year.

Certainly we could change and fine tune these settings, but this is just to give everyone a starting point to consider and know what they're voting for.

Also, if we get a number of us who are interested in a keeper, but others who are not, we can have two leagues. That is absolutely an option. An "official" league with everyone, and a smaller keeper league with those interested.
