I'm about to start up my own development company on the side and a buddy of mine wants to do the marijuana thing in NJ. Anyone have a business account and know about setting up credit card terminals and business cards? Anyone recommend specific banks or should i just go for the ones that are too big to fail?

i would suggest a local credit union.  Have a few buddies in business, to big to fail wasn't even competitive with the local credit unions, esp when it came to company credit cards and business checking.
