I just made a new theme and set it as the default, it is a darker theme then the previous BKP one, if you prefer the older colours just go to your profile -> Look and layout -> change theme -> choose Classic one.

All i have under "modify profiles" is:

Account related settings

and none of the other things that i see in your pic. i'm in the tester group, would that make a diff?
