My brother's desktop whenever he tries to turn it on statra making a chirping sound, then goes quiet, chirping sound again and it goeso n and on and on. Nothing appears on the monitor and it aint booting. I'll try l8r and check if its the ram, as I am too tired right now just got back from Florida and came with a virus and was just released from the hospital. Any help with this pc prob would be appreciated.
